Presentation Guidelines

Platform Talks:

Oral presentations have a time allotment of 15 minutes each, which includes time for Q&A.

Maximum poster size is 40″ x 60″.

Additional instructions will be sent to all presenters once the agenda has been finalized in early May.

Best Student Presentation Award

All student presenters will be automatically entered into a competition for the Best Student Presentation Award, to be announced at the end of the symposium.

**We anticipate high attendance at this year’s meeting.  Thus, space for oral presentations, and perhaps posters, will be limited.  Event organizers will try to accommodate all talks and posters submitted as the event schedule allows, however, this submission does not guarantee your presentation slot.  Depending on the number of abstract received, some oral presentation requests will likely be offered a poster presentation.
A schedule will be shared with registrants via email by June 1, 2019, and posted to this page once finalized.
